There were a lot of open spaces that residents can explore back then, but as the residential place became more commercialized, these wide spaces have become fewer. Likewise, the roads are previously smooth and concrete, but now, there are some potholes in areas that are usually wet. Be ready to encounter some of them. Nevertheless, there are still great jogging paths, landscaped gardens, and incredible parks that residents can avail of.

The residential area has a secured electricity and water supply, and in cases of service disruption, appropriate notices are distributed or announced. In the event that services are disrupted longer than expected, the city government would help in alleviating the problem. Quezon City also provides excellent facilities and amenities to all city residents and even those from the rest of Metro Manila and other provinces.
